The design consultation is the first step. Everything at East Coast Taps is done with intention, and our designers work with your brand to figure out just what direction we need to go in to optimize the brand opportunity you have at your point of sale. Each tap is carefully designed, and we pride ourselves in creating a design we know you and your customers will love.
After a design is solidified, we move on to creating a custom prototype. We make our custom prototypes rapidly, so we can get you from design to production sooner than any of our competitors. Each prototype is hand-crafted, and is the basis for your line of taps. The prototypes are created in order to create our custom molds in which your tap can be duplicated.
Now that the prototype is signed off on, we're ready for duplication. This is the final phase in creating a tap, whether it's 1, or 1,000. Here, we build and finalize our custom mold which is used to rapidly duplicate the tap. Taps are hand-poured, sanded, painted, and finished to your exact specifications. Each tap looks just as great as the next. When you need to re-order, we pull your mold from the archive and start pouring again.
1 tap, 10 taps, 100 taps. Whatever the volume, we can produce. Though the turnaround time varies, we handle volume orders faster than any of our competition, gaurenteed. Simple as that.
